On September 15, the annual gathering of the food industry – the Eleventh China Food Safety Annual Meeting was held in Chengdu Century City International Convention Center. At the same time, the Ninth China Food Fair was held. State leaders, ministries and specialists from the State Office of the State Council agencies, research institutes, industry associations, famous food companies more than 500 people gathered together to jointly plan for food safety.
    On the annual meeting, 100 "national demonstration units of food safety" were selected, 100 "advanced workers on promoting food safety law" were praised.
    The Eleventh Annual Meeting of China's food safety was held by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, SAIC, General Administration of Customs, State Food and Drug Administration of the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Science, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Health and the National Health and Committee, co-sponsored by China's Food Industry Newspaper, is the highest level national meeting and the most authoritative information platform of food safety in China.
