On March 11, 2013, the National People's Congress representative, Linghua Group Chairman Jiang Baoan received Xinhua two sessions interview and talked about his proposal.

    Jiang Baoan said Linghua Group develops self-own breeding base, planting base, from industry to agriculture to ensure entire raw material security. It is very hard to guarantee the quality if we just rely on social procurement. Now we are developing agriculture. We have plenty of land transfer to farmers, some co-operatives, we give them orders, and some are family farms, we cooperate with them. Now the whole process with planting, fertilizing and pesticides are in accordance with our request. In doing so, we can ensure that no problems will occur on the material.

    Jiang Baoan said that now all the green organic fertilizers are produced by organic matter. Through our research and cooperation with relevant institutions, we produce organic fertilizer by our scraps. This fertilizer not only guarantees urea production but also quality. After eight years of experiments, now we have carried on a large area of promotion. Through recycling economy, turning waste into treasure our effectiveness is 1.2 billion a year, the effect turns to be great.
